The Kansas Foot Center PA works to educate patients to care for their feet at home, emphasizing the prevention of disorders. This is especially important for athletes and people with diabetes. Dr. Truong and his staff discuss personalized strategies for proper foot care with each patient and provide written instructions and brochures to take home. We also carry foot creams and anti-fungal products so patients can take home exactly what they need for immediate preventative measures.
Foot Education
According to the American Podiatric Medical Association, foot ailments are among the most common of our health problems in the United States.
Studies show that 75% of Americans experience foot problems at some time in their lives. As the Nation becomes more active across all age groups, the need for quality foot care will become increasingly more important in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. More people will turn to the Kansas Foot Center PA for foot care due to the number of injuries sustained by the more active and increasingly older population. Our patient base consists of pediatric patients, geriatric patients, athletes, and people with diabetes, each with their own specific needs.
